Vegan and sugar-free ice cream recipe without fruit

Fruits don’t always have to be the basis for ice cream. We also like to work with ice cubes, not the classic and boring ones made from water, but milk ice cubes or juice ice cubes. Dates, which allow a nice creamy consistency, are suitable for sweetening. We have created a vegan ice cream recipe for you that is chocolatey and perfect nutty even without sugar. For this vegan ice cream, we used the Uno container from bianco di puro, which is slightly smaller than the standard container and can therefore smoothly mix the ice cream mass on a smaller surface. All you need for the vegan and sugar-free ice cream are these ingredients:

  • eight large coconut milk ice cubes
  • eight large oat milk ice cubes
  • 3-4 dates
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • 20 g fair trade cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut cream (100% peanuts)
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • a dash of oat milk
