The basic ingredients are often diluted with lemon or vegetable broth, refined with spices and seasoned with salt and pepper. Three vegan salad dressings from the bianco high-performance mixer

We experimented and created three delicious salad dressing recipes for you. Each salad dressing has been prepared with the bianco high-performance mixer. The Tri-Set attachment was used here, as the integrated knife can more easily grasp the small quantities in small vessels. We recommend starting with a little less liquid if you prefer it to be creamy and thick. Incidentally, the salad dressings also go great with bowls or fried vegetables.

Avocado salad dressing (basic and oil-free)

  • an avocado
  • ½ white onion
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp. chopped coriander
  • 150ml water
  • Salt and pepper

Vegan Cesar salad dressing (oil-free)

  • 80g cashews
  • 150ml water
  • 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • ½ garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Creamy mustard salad dressing

  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Agave syrup
  • 100ml vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
