Prepare winter raw vegetable soups in a blender

Winter immunbooster soup with carrot and ginger

Let’s start with our so-called immune booster soup, which consists mainly of carrots and ginger. Carrots are rich in vitamin A and biotin. In addition, they are low in calories and best digestible for our body when they are lightly cooked (but not overheated). Ginger is digestive and cardiovascular stimulant. Vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus are contained in ginger and support our immune system immensely! Our winter immunbooster soup recipe:

  • three carrots
  • ⅓ Leek
  • a thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 300ml vegetable stock
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder

Put all ingredients in the mixer and mix into a creamy soup using the soup program. If you want it extra creamy, you can use 200ml vegetable stock and 150ml coconut milk.

Prepare creamy broccoli soup in a high-performance mixer

Broccoli is a popular vegetable and there is good reason for it, because broccoli has a high proportion of minerals such as potassium and calcium as well as trace elements such as manganese, copper and iron. In addition, it hides many different vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B and vitamin K. Perfect to support the body! That’s why we created a delicious soup recipe right away, perfect for the cold winter months. All you have to do is add the following foods to the bianco di puro high-performance mixer and choose the soup program:

  • a little broccoli
  • a boiled potato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ leek
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 400ml vegetable stock
  • 150ml vegetable cream

Mix pea soup with fennel

Not only do peas have a high protein content, they also contain many B vitamins. Fennel is just as noteworthy, if almost nothing more! Because the tuber contains vitamins such as A, C, K, E, folic acid and beta-carotene. In addition, minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and manganese. That’s why this winter soup is an absolute favorite. The following ingredients are required:

  • 200g frozen peas
  • a small fennel
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 350ml vegetable stock
  • 100ml vegetable cream
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
