Prepare sauces with the bianco di puro mixer

The thought is often not present, but: sauces can be prepared excellently in the blender! With just a few movements and in a few seconds you have a creamy sauce, whether for pasta dishes, as a dressing for salads or as a dip for finger food. Today we want to show you simple recipes and give you our tips and tricks. But let’s start with the question: Why should I mix my own sauce at all instead of grabbing ready-made sauces from the packet or from the jar?

Make advantages yourself instead of buying ready-made

We can think of 10 reasons why we prefer to make sauces ourselves:

  1. Organic quality products
  2. No additives & flavor enhancers
  3. No packaging / No rubbish
  4. Saving resources and energy
  5. Creative cooking
  6. Saves time
  7. Right portions
  8. Healthier by getting vitamins
  9. Is cheaper
  10. Makes you feel good

Of course, we prefer to mix our sauces with our binaco di puro high-performance mixers. Our mixers have a preset sauce program for large portions and the Tri Set is ideal for small portions. The Tri Set is an attachment for the mixer that fits smaller mixing cups (500ml and 250ml). The Tri Set fits all of our blenders with automatic container recognition. Mix levels 1 and 2 are available.

Quick Pea Pasta Sauce

The sauce takes as long as the pasta cooks – sounds perfect, doesn’t it? The ingredients are:

  • 150g frozen peas
  • 1-2 ladlefuls of hot pasta water
  • 2 tbsp. yeast flakes
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • salt and pepper
  • optional: a sip of white wine

Mix all ingredients until creamy, add to the finished noodles and heat briefly again.

Star cuisine from the mixer: walnut cream sauce

This sauce is made quickly and still tastes like star cuisine! The ingredients are:

  • 100g walnuts (preferably soak them briefly in warm water to make the sauce even creamier)
  • 50ml plant-based milk (here oat milk)
  • 150ml vegetable cream (here oat cuisine)
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • A shot of white wine

Just before serving, the delicious walnut cream sauce can be warmed up with the high-performance mixer – we warmed up the sauce for about 3 minutes with the soup program.

Vegan honey mustard dressing

A vegan alternative to the delicious honey mustard dressing. It’s easy with:

  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper

We love it with a green salad.

Tomato salsa with chunks

This tomato salsa is great as a dip for nachos, but also as a sauce for Mexican bowls. We mix here:

  • two handfuls of tomatoes
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ onion
  • a handful of jalapenos
  • ½ bunch coriander
  • Pinch of fresh chili
  • 1 can of tomato passata
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

This salsa is ready in seconds, but can only be mastered with a sure instinct. It is important that the salsa is not completely mixed, but that the small pieces are left over. So here we just use the pulse button and blend the contents for 1-2 seconds and repeat this process about three times.
