The face behind bianco di puro is Paul Wollersheim. In 1996, the founder was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and tried to treat the disease with conventional medicine for two years. In 1998, the next attack came and he began to stop taking the medication and instead study various books, change his diet and devote himself to alternative medicine.

A good friend recommended a book to him that showed that food can be a cure. Paul then realized that he had probably been eating the wrong foods up until then. So he started eating a vegetarian diet and then a short time later a vegan diet.

During this time, he discovered that chewing alone is not enough (unless you chew 32 times, which hardly anyone in the western world does anymore because most people are addicted to fast food). So Paul looked for solutions to compensate for the "chewing deficit" so that the body can absorb enough nutrients.

With the help of these considerations, the idea of ​​the high-performance blender was born. In order to also cover the aesthetic aspects that are very important to Paul personally and because he knew that Italy is predestined for exceptional design, he followed his passion and had the devices designed in Italy in 2008.

At first he tried in vain to find importers who would distribute the mixers in Europe. However, he quickly realized that he wanted to build a brand himself and bring the mixers closer to people. This is how the bianco di puro brand was born.
