Questions before buying

We differentiate between AC motors (alternating current) and DC motors (direct current). If you want to prepare smoothies, soups or vegan milk, we recommend a device with an AC motor. If you want to process more solid foods, such as dough, hummus, etc., we recommend a device with a DC motor. DC devices are around 10 decibels quieter than AC devices.
  1. Leaf green
  2. fruit and vegetables
  3. Dry ingredients (powders, grains, etc.)
  4. liquid
  5. Ice cubes
The heavy ingredients are placed on top of the light ingredients. This pushes everything down and makes it easier and faster for the knife to grasp.
The vacuum pump draws the oxygen out of the filled container and prevents the mixture from oxidizing during mixing. This not only keeps the color richer and the taste more intense, but also preserves important vitamins and nutrients.
Our soup program can heat the mixture to around 42°. At the highest level, the mixture heats up by around 10 degrees per minute.
In principle, you can prepare nut butters with all containers. A removable blade unit makes it easier to remove and clean. For the preparation of nut butters, dips, dressings, spreads, pesto, etc., we therefore recommend the 500 ml Tri-Set personal blender attachment or the 1 liter Uno container.

Our devices differ in their motors: the devices in the Original Line have AC motors (alternating current), the Pure Line has DC motors (direct current) and the Commercial Line also has DC motors (direct current with active motor cooling) for commercial use. Furthermore, the individual models differ in the design of the motor block and the different mixing containers.
The main difference is that the Gusto S is equipped with an active fan, which cools the motor during use. The Tune Pro and Patto Pro, on the other hand, work with a passive fan. The Gusto S can therefore withstand 24 hours of continuous use, while the Tune Pro and Patto Pro can withstand a maximum of 6 hours of use. For private households, both the Tune Pro and the Patto Pro are top devices; for the catering industry, we recommend the Gusto S.
In principle, the old containers also fit on the new devices. However, it must be checked whether the containers are equipped with automatic container recognition. We would be happy to clarify whether your containers are compatible with the new devices by phone, email or on site in our showroom.
The Tri-Set is a personal blender attachment and has a capacity of 500ml. This makes it easy and quick to prepare small quantities such as dips, dressings, spreads, nut butters and pestos. Milkshakes and fruit smoothies can also be prepared with it. It is ideal for chopping herbs and nuts. Only the mixing levels 1 and 2 12,000 rpm and 14,000 rpm are activated in manual mode, which is why the preparation of green smoothies is not recommended as the chlorophyll cannot be broken down. With the drinking and storage caps included in the delivery, the container can be used both for storage in the refrigerator and as a to-go cup for on the go.

Questions after the sale

This can happen when you first start using the appliance. This is called an initial smell, as the motor has not yet been run in. This smell disappears quite quickly with regular use. If the smell reappears afterwards, this could indicate overloading/overloading. Reduce the contents of the container.
Pay attention to the filling quantity, the information in our operating instructions is a guideline and should not be exceeded. Use the pestle when processing tough and solid foods. Pause the mixing process every now and then if the mixer is under heavy use, e.g. when making nut butter.
The mixer may have gone into overheating protection, this can have several causes, overload or overload, reduce the content. If the mixer does not start again after a cooling phase, please contact our customer service.
Yes, the mixing programs have been perfectly programmed for the preparation of different dishes, but this is the average. Every recipe is different and often manual adjustments have to be made. When processing manually, please pay attention to the starting speed, this should be appropriate for the ingredients being mixed, do not start too low and if necessary work ahead using the plus button.
All containers are heat-resistant up to 120°. It is recommended that you let the cooked food cool down a little, as the maximum temperature is reached quickly.
It is best to clean the mixing container immediately after use. Fill the mixing container halfway with water and add a drop of washing-up liquid. Then operate the mixer using the pulse button for about half a minute. Clean the container walls every now and then with a soft dishcloth or brush. Do not turn the mixing container upside down to dry!
We do not recommend this. The blade unit should only be removed or replaced by our service team if it is defective. Exceptions apply to the Personal Blender "Tri-Set" and UNO containers; here the blade unit should be removed and cleaned after each use.
No, the cleaning tabs could attack the seals and the plastic.
It is best to carefully clean the engine block with a slightly damp dishcloth.
