Making soups in the bianco di puro mixer

Soups are very important at bianco di puro, because soups are always a delicious, very simple and super healthy choice. We have therefore created some recipes for you that are ready in a few seconds at the push of a button in the high-performance mixer. Before we start mixing, here are a few general “mixing rules”:

  • first put the soft ingredients in the blender jug
  • at the end add the liquid such as water or coconut milk
  • For perfect results, select the soup button on the bianco di puro high-performance mixer, this setting is tailored to raw food soups and keeps the content at 42 °
  • the bianco di puro tamper helps to process solid ingredients more easily
  • Depending on the tamper, it can monitor the temperature and show how warm the soup is

Prepare raw food soups in the blender

First of all, one question needs to be answered: What exactly does raw food mean? When it comes to raw food, we are talking about plant-based foods in natural, unprocessed form. This ensures that the vitamin content, which is highest in the raw state, is retained. Raw food soups are therefore hardly heated and are generally light and more summery. An uncooked soup that is well known is the Spanish and Portuguese soup “Gazpacho”. But there are so many more raw vegetable soups! We have created various raw food soup recipes for you:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 parsley root
  • fresh tyhmian
  • Himalayan salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • energized water

If you need an immune booster in addition to a delicious taste, we heartily recommend this pumpkin-carrot-ginger soup. The ginger not only ensures a pleasant spiciness, but also strengthens our immune system, stimulates digestion and even helps with weight loss. Here is our recipe:

  • four boiled carrots
  • one boiled pumpkin
  • a piece of ginger
  • a piece of lemongrass
  • Vegetable broth
  • Coconut milk
  • Salt, pepper and cumin

If you love broccoli, you shouldn’t miss this recipe – of course also made in seconds with our favorite kitchen appliance, the bianco di puro high-performance mixer:

  • 500 g broccoli blanched
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ leek
  • well purified, energized water
  • 150 ml oat cuisine | alternatively: soy cuisine or rice cuisine
  • 1 tbsp natural vegetable stock
  • Salt pepper
  • if you like: a few leaves of basil
