The tamper is used to release any air bubbles that may form and to guide firmer foodstuffs to the knives in a manner that is gentle on the material.

VACUUM PUMP
The surface of the mixed material increases as a result of the crushing process and reacts to contact with oxygen with decomposition processes. These become noticeable relatively quickly through a loss of color.
Many know the problem of avocado dips. In addition to the visually unattractive loss of color, this natural process also leads to a loss of valuable vitamins.
With the help of the vacuum pump, this process can be stopped. The vacuum pump prevents oxidation, provides more vitamins, richer colors and better taste.
The vacuum pump can be used with all containers except Flower and Solo Jar.
