“Nice cream” in the bianco di puro high-performance mixer
To get quick and fresh results, frozen fruits are a great base. From bananas to strawberries to mangoes – everything is possible here. The so-called “nice cream” has experienced a lot of hype in the last few months and we also know why: it’s very simple – nice creams are not only easy to make, but also delicious, sugar-free, low in calories and vegan.
For perfect results you need a high-performance mixer that can easily convert the hard mass into a creamy consistency. Trick number one comes into play here: instead of some liquid, you can let the frozen fruit thaw a little. In addition, it is worthwhile to use trick number two here: using the right tamper for your bianco di puro high-performance mixer. With this you can push the frozen fruit down and the knife can grip them better. If you have decided to add a liquid such as water or milk and have accidentally taken too much, you can add ice cubes or even more frozen fruit.
Make vegan ice cream in a blender
There are no limits to your kitchen creativity! Whether fruity light or creamy and sweet, making ice cream yourself is a kitchen experiment with maximum fun factor! You can work with a single ingredient or with many. For those who like it simple and uncomplicated, we recommend our homemade banana ice cream in the bianco high-performance mixer. Paul, founder of bianco di puro, also likes this recipe best, because we only need two ingredients here! In this video he explains how it works:
Vegan and sugar-free ice cream recipe without fruit
Fruits don’t always have to be the basis for ice cream. We also like to work with ice cubes, not the classic and boring ones made from water, but milk ice cubes or juice ice cubes. Dates, which allow a nice creamy consistency, are suitable for sweetening. We have created a vegan ice cream recipe for you that is chocolatey and perfect nutty even without sugar. For this vegan ice cream, we used the Uno container from bianco di puro, which is slightly smaller than the standard container and can therefore smoothly mix the ice cream mass on a smaller surface. All you need for the vegan and sugar-free ice cream are these ingredients:
- eight large coconut milk ice cubes
- eight large oat milk ice cubes
- 3-4 dates
- 10 hazelnuts
- 20 g fair trade cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp peanut cream (100% peanuts)
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- a dash of oat milk
mhhhh … so delicious!
