Inner protection from the avocado core

Very few people know that the avocado seed also has superpowers! Here valuable ingredients are concentrated and concentrated. The avocado seed is a miracle weapon and strengthens our immune system by protecting against free radicals. It also prevents internal inflammation, which is often the cause of illness. In order to consume the core, it is a good idea to make a powder from the core. To do this, you have to wash the avocado kernel first, then remove the dark skin, cut it into pieces and let it dry. Because the core oxidizes with oxygen, it turns orange, which is not a problem. As soon as the core pieces are dry, they can be processed into powder in the bianco di puro high speed blender.
